Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Returning products is easy.

All returns are free of charge. We do not charge any restocking fees or additional costs. We also accept exchanges.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@kwoya.com with your order details. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions.

Please note: Only products in NEW condition are eligible for return. This means the item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and labels still attached.

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used to place your order.
